Weatherite announces key promotion
Weatherite Service & Maintenance has announced a key promotion, despite lockdown restrictions and different working arrangements.
The company has promoted Kirsty Bunn to operations manager as it continues to grow and win new business.
Kirsty, 33, who has been working for the business for nine years, will oversee Weatherite’s client portfolio and manage quotations and estimates across a varied portfolio including Bannatyne Health Clubs, British Gas and Marks & Spencer.
A determined member of the team, Kirsty has been promoted twice in the last three years. She started at the business in 2011 as service coordinator and has had various roles within the business, recently outgrowing her former assistant manager position.
Kirsty reports to Ricky Brookes, Director at Weatherite Service & Maintenance, who said: “Kirsty is a valued team member and her recent promotion to operations manager is well deserved and a reward for her dedication to the business over the past nine years.
“We currently have a rota of staff in the office to keep numbers down due to COVID restrictions, and despite these new working arrangements, Kirsty has excelled over the last six months. She has vast knowledge of the business, is commercially driven and has gone from strength to strength.”
Weatherite Service & Maintenance Ltd is the oldest operating company within the Weatherite Group, which launched in 1972. It is now one of the UK leaders in the servicing and maintenance of all aspects of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
